I love the sound of jazz in electronic music. Two of my favourite music styles joined into one. I present to you two great artists of this kind:
"Mathias Stubø (aka Proviant Audio) is 20 years old (born 1992) and produces warm
electro-acoustic music heavily influenced by 70's funk, disco and soul.
Both of his parents are freelance jazz musicians, and Stubø spent his childhood digging out to jazz and fusion: Weather Report, Chick Corea, Mahavishnu Orchestra and so on.
Stubø received his first drum kit at his third birthday, after having showed a great interest in rhythm. While also playing a bunch of other instruments, the drums still remains his main one. He took violin lessons at 6 and at the age of 9, he learned to use his fathers old ATARI computer. Three years later his first tracks was broadcasted on national radio.
At 14, Stubø won an ‘Artist of the Week’ award on Norway’s national radio network, NRK P3 (as the youngest ever). In 2009 he won it again (still as the youngest). In 2010 the self same station has him nominated for ‘Artist of the Year’ and he has been building a solid reputation for his live performances backed by a full band of up to 12 members on horns, guitars, drums, percussions and more.
Stubø and his liveband have played at all the greatest Norwegian music festivals: Øya, Hove, by:Larm, Slottsfjell, Kongsberg Jazzfest and more." Source: BBE

He has a lot of material out, which can be a little hard to find, but it's worth the search once you've heard it!
WHAT I SEE IN YOU
SOON A BRIGHTER DAY
"Berry Weight is a soulful electro-organic-space-jazz duo, harmonizing storybook-like melodies and cinematic atmospheres. Sounds are brought to you by instrumentalists/producers/DJs : Apewok & Stab from Canada and Switzerland, occasionally to be accompanied by Danish singer-Astrid Engberg and French clarinetist-Kledsy Jy. They’re taking matters into their own hands in the wake of the supernova-like disintegration transition of the music industry as we know it." Source: Official Website
