United Colours Of Beggattron

This is a blog entry with the sort of music that I haven't been in touch with for years. I used to be a big fan of hip hop and rap, but you know, as you grow your music taste changes drasticly and so did mine, obviously. Lately I seem to be returning to the roots. A lot of music I listen to is partially connected to hip hop.
I came across Foreign Beggars on a compilation (already mentioned before) "Ministry Of Sound - The Sound Of Dubstep - Worldwide 2011" and loved it. Then I found out they're performing in Seville on friday. A great chance to discover the unknown!
They have a lot of material. Maybe a little too much for me to handle at once. But two albums have proven enough so far.  "Assylum Agenda" from 2008 and "United Colours Of Beggattron" from 2009. They collaborate with a lot of foreign artists (one of them is Toteking from Seville). The more I listen to them, the less idea I have which songs to post. I kind of hate it when an artist has too many good songs.

Anyway, they're quite diverse. They can make pure hip hop or nutty dubstep (Skrillex, Noisia). Their audience might part here, but nevertheless, everyone gets something.

I really can't wait to see which way they will turn more live... I prefer their not-so-usual stuff. But all is good!
